At Kukidough, we take pride in baking fresh, handmade cookies.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a product arriving damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos to help assess the issue.
Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion where a product is deemed faulty or incorrect.
Please note:
• All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only
• We cannot offer refunds for products that have not been stored according to our storage recommendations.
• We are unable to provide refunds for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
